"Return was fine, though the refund dragged a bit"
The return itself was easy, so I was like okay, this isn’t bad, actually, the refund part kind of tested my patience. I did get my money back in the end, it just took longer than I expected

"Packaging was rough, but not totally terrible"
My order showed up in this super thin box with barely any padding, so I wasn’t exactly surprised that one of the items ended up chipped. The paper inside was all ripped up too, which made the whole thing feel kind of tossed together. I will say the rest of the order was fine, so it wasn’t a complete disaster, but for what I paid for shipping, I really expected the packaging to be a lot better. Disappointing overall

"Website feels frustrating to use"
I do like some of the products they have, but the website made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be. Pages were loading slowly for me, and it felt like I had to click around way too much just to find basic items. Checkout was also kind of confusing. I got the impression that user experience isn’t really a priority, which made me feel a bit dismissed as a customer. It’s not terrible, but it definitely needs some work...

"Kind of unsure about it"
I have mixed feelings about this. It looked okay at first, but something about it just felt a little off to me. I can’t say for sure that it isn’t authentic, but I’m also not totally convinced it’s real.

"I ordered a couple things from Shamans..."
I ordered a couple things from Shamans Market, and yeah, that place didn’t really deliver. One item felt cheap and had rough edges, and the other looked nothing like the photos. For what they’re charging, I expected a lot better. I wouldn’t order from them again.

"I got a small item from the shop..."
I got a small item from the shop and was hoping it would feel a bit more meaningful or spiritually resonant, but it just felt kind of flat to me. Shipping was fine and everything, so no real issue there... it just didn’t have the energy I expected, I guess.

"Order was totally wrong!!"
I was surprised when my order showed up because it wasn’t even close to what I asked for!! I ended up getting the wrong items, which was really frustrating

"Shipping took longer than expected"
Not gonna lie, the shipping was frustrating. I waited over two weeks for my order, and there weren’t really any clear updates along the way.

"Not a ton of options"
I was hoping there’d be more to pick from. The selection felt kinda limited, and some categories only had a few things in them... plus a lot of the items looked similar. It wasn’t bad or anything, just not really what I expected

"The sourcing thing felt sketchy"
I looked around for clear info on where they source their stuff, i couldn’t really find much. That whole mystery-supplier vibe just made me uncomfortable. Maybe it’s fine, but I’m not about to guess with these guys.

The items themselves were nice, but I don’t know why the descriptions didn’t give me a better idea of what to expect. They just felt a little too vague, so I was left guessing on some details.

"Too expensive for what it is"
I really wanted to like this shop, but the prices felt steep for what you’re getting. Once shipping was added, it just didn’t make much sense to me. I found a few of the same or similar items cheaper elsewhere, so I do kind of regret placing the order. I’m not saying the shop is terrible or anything, but common sense-wise, the value just wasn’t there for me.
